What is your return & refund policy?
Items that have been purchased within 30 days of receipt of your shipment may be exchanged. Items being exchanged must be in new condition, meaning not showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

Because of our production process at the moment, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

If you received a damaged product, we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
What is your shipping policy?
Estimated shipping delivery times: USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

How long will delivery take?
Processing your order:

Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable.

You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select. Shipping for U.S. domestic orders can range from $5-$56. Shipping for international orders can range from $4-$45.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Our store uses PayPal for payments. Through Paypal we can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Our store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
What exactly happens after ordering?
Following your order you will have an invoice emailed to you. We will then process your order and let you know once your order has been shipped.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice will be emailed to you following the submission of your order. If you have not received an invoice for your order please reach out to us at and we'll be glad to send it to you.
What if the item I ordered is the wrong size?
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

What if my item arrives damaged?
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
